We don't need your order number only customer support does. You can send a follow up message using the same method. The returns department takes longer to respond than customer support so give them a few days to respond. As long as you have made the request to return the phone within 30 days then it will be accepted hassle free so don't worry about the longer time frame for them to reply to your request.

Send a private message with your name, shipping address, email and order number and a detailed message. Customer support will forward your request to the returns department and they will contact you via private messages in regards to the next step for you to recieve the prepaid shipping envelope to return the phone in.

I tried to create a ticket. But I can not do it. There is a bug in that webpage.

Include in your message your order #, the email you used for your order and the shipping address. Ask the CSA to send you the prepaid shipping envelope to return your phone for refund. Once recieved pm aims to process your refund to your card within 7 to 10 business days.
