I did yesterday add the $ 20.00 voucher and today my phone is suspended !!!!!😭😭😭😭Vocher number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Remove your voucher number, this is a community forum only
Login My Account again using Incognito mode, check if the Available funds still holding the money and not used to renew , and check payment history page
Last, you can ask PM to check .
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
