@ChanteleLouise  You should be able to see 3 months back in history on main page of self serve 

Check add-ons /mins /Data

For most up to date account info

@ChanteleLouise   Are you talking about the Usage history page?  DO NOT use the filter.  The filter has some problem if you apply it too early. Just go through each day.  Or download the Usage history in xls and use Excel to filter instead
