I have been using Public Mobile but just dial 611 whenever I have added money to the plan in the past. I am trying to create a MyAccount now but it says I need to contact a support agent. I try to put in a ticket but it says I need MyAccount in order to submit one. Very frustrating!
Also, does anybody know if I will get charged for dialling 611 out of country?

Please go back to the chatbot and open the ticket. There's an option that you can choose that says that you can't log into Self Serve and to use your account PIN there.

try to open ticket with PM using using Forgot Password type of ticket
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

@kcc93 Its typical created when you activate SIM card online , however if you activated in store awhile back it’s possible you never created one . So in that case you will need supports help to create your my account
