@Annekim was it a Pre-authorized payments for renewal? Unfortunately, Autopay would fail. Could be an issue with the credit card, but more likely it is an issue with PM
Just make a manual payment to resume. Click Reactivate my plan and follow the steps and make a payment to resume your service

@Annekim Did your registered CC expire recently and needs to be updated, perhaps?
Otherwise, as mentioned, autopay does occasionally fail so you'll need to login and make a manual top up and Reactivate the account or purchase a voucher from SDM, 7/11, London Drugs or Shell add the funds by dialing 611 on your phone without a PIN if needed.
edit: BTW, make sure to use incognito/private mode to login to your self serve account to view or make any payments etc.

Auto pay can fail
To make payment and reactivate plan .. if you know PIN number you can *611 with a voucher and *611 no PIN needed . You can also do this by by calling 18554PUBLIC . otherwise log into self serve make manual payment and reactivate service and or update credit card if necessary
