Hi - The money was not in my account this morning when you claimed my monthly payment. I have put funds in my account now please can you claim it again and resume my service?

the system won't try to get money again 

but you can add funds to it to resume service

use this link to add enough fund to resume service

https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card

then reboot the phone

@rdl  You have to make manual payment of you don’t see the pay now and resume button on main page of your account . You can use the link I provided in my last reply to load the funds and make payment and trigger the renewal

Thanks for showing me how to contact an agent... the site does not make this clear at all. What I really need is for PM to try and take the payment from my debit card again (now I have put money in my bank)....do you know if it keeps trying?

can also buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart 7-11 shell gas station and load the funds *611 to resume service right away

hi @rdl 

did you add funds to your PM account already?

if so, try reboot the phone and check if the service resume

if not, check using  Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account and check if the funds still staying as Available funds and if account shows active or not

if the funds is there but not renewed, you might want to ask support to help.  Submi ticket by direct message:

you added $$ to your Suspended account ...now you need to log in to your account and Resume service.
