Hello,
I've been outside of the country for a couple of years, and I had a Public Mobile number previously. I've paying a low monthly plan to keep my phone number active, but the sim card is not working anymore. Also, I never created an online account before. Is thee any way to restore my old phone number if I buy a new sim card?
Thank you

If you kept up with payment for couple of years. Try rebooting your phone with the old SIM in your phone by powering off then back on.

@Rosa123 As long as the account hasn’t been suspended more than 90 days . You should be able to make payment and get number and plan back . If you had originally activated in store when we used to be able to it’s possible you never created account before . In that case you need to submit ticket with support to create the my account

What were the first 6 digits of the number? When did you last pay? From another phone, dial 1-855-4pu-blic and enter your number and see if it can find it. If not then it's gone. Maybe an autopay didn't work and then 3 months later the account deactivated.
