• I am having trouble getting to my account to change credit card number for payment

How are logging in? I find that logging in with a computer is faster for me.

Once you are logged in, go to Payments -> Manage Subscription -> Click on Manage Payment Methods

There has been quite number of posts on this, not sure if system issue today.

Please wait an hour and try again. make sure the postal code is entered correctly and probably better to match the postal code with the address on your Profile as well
