Um, I would be poking daily, unless you had an agent saying I will get back to you in a few days or something like that. I suggest you ask for a supervisor if you have send multiple requests but had no resolution yet.

It's been 5 months? REALLY? Holy crap!! I'm sure you've posted about your issues before. Can you drop a link here so I can read it? Not trying to be nosy, just curious what takes 5 months for PM to fix or not fix.

So are we no longer calling them CS Agents? Are we supposed to be calling them The Assistance Department?
I agree 100% on the "may" receive an answer part. That is just so horribly worded. I've been in customer service for over 30 years and I continue to see such poorly written of what's considered customer communications. Honestly, if I was in charge of Public Mobile communication, I'd be embarrassed.
