Hello, I have been waiting two weeks now for my number to be transported over to public mobile. Please send a new request to virgin so I can use my phone fully again. If this does not happen in the next bit, I will ask for some money back due to the lack of phone usage I am able to do. Thanks

@BobSmith - two weeks? you were supposed to approve an SMS text within 90 minutes on the Virgin SIM Card.
Do you still have the Virgin SIM card with you? If so, put it into your phone, and see this article about porting AFTER actiation: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ns/get-help/articles/transfer-your-number
Note, your Virgin account needs to be ACTIVE to port over here also. So if it is not, then activate it first.

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
