I read that refunds don't happen but I prepaid with a 90 day sub and went to switch plan accidently choosing "now" instead of billing cycle. I wasn't aware I would be double charged for service.
Hoping to have an agent respond to refund 30 days (only $34) for the month I've been double billed.

Unfortunately others have done the same thing. You need to slow it down a bit and read the warnings. That being said, you can try your luck with @CS_Agent as discussed. They're usually pretty reasonable.

Try the Customer service agent as advised. YMMV though. There are some warnings to the customer before you changed your plan now. CSA may not grant your request.
