I am trying to change my payment method. I can't log in. I have tried resetting my password and still can't log in. I said i forgot my account and you sent an email to the one i was trying to log in with. My wife handles ALL of my computer crap, and now i have to make this new account that i will not know how to use either.
I guess i could just change providers and save my wife the hassle. She tried to get help but when she gave a PIN that i also don't know, was told you needed to talk to me.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
