How can I speak to a representative?

 @desmondutubor20 : Are any of your services working? Click on the reactivate button up top of the overview page. It will take you to the payment page. But it might also renew the plan and take the money anyway without doing anything else.

There are a couple other things to try but we'll start there (although others will be trying to help too)

I’m having issues with my account renewal. I made the payment already of $25 and it’s still in my account. I want to know how I can reactive my plan and be able to make calls back cos I have important calls to make and things to do online. Honestly this is frustrating. Please how can I reactive my account

Customer service at Public mobile is via this community forum and dealing with customer service agents (CSA) online via ticketing/private messaging.  No call centre and no live person to talk with.  

 

Do you have a specific issue?  Many problems can be solved without CSA help and advice offered by community members (customers like yourself) on the forum.
