hi @Sam08 so, you did''t have the proper Canada-US plan. If you now changed to the correct one., just make sure your turn on roaming data on the phone and connect to T-Mobile or At&T or Verizon when you are in US. Better to start with 4G or LTE

Thanks apparently it said us messag8ng but it wasn’t the right plan I have now changed it fingers crossed it works on my next trip I hate buying a us SIM card on top of my Canadian phone plan

hi @Sam08 did you log in My Account and check the plan details from Subscription & Add-on page? Does it show Canada -US?
if it is, make sure you turn on Mobile roaming data, and make sure the phone connects to T-Mobile, AT&T or Verizon (you might need to change to Manual connection and try them all)

No and my phone plan won’t work in the us and when I signed up they to,d me I had coverage.

the app actually works quite well.
but did your try login browser? try using Incognito/private/ secret mode on your browser

I want to check my phone plan to see if I did get USA calling and every time I try to sign in it won’t let me says password is not valid. 7 times I have down this in the last hour
