@desmondutubor20

Sorry, PM support is all online.  It is slightly a bit of work but that's why PM can offer slightly cheaper plan and good plan like $15 plan.  🙂

1. To cancel scheduled plan change, go back to Change Plan page,

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/?PageRedirect=Redi...

you should see the button  "Cancel Scheduled Plan change", click on it

2. To but the 500 Minute Canada-Wide add-on, come to this page:

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/?PageRedirect=Redi...

then at "500 min Canada-Wide Long Distance - $5.00" click +, make sure it changed to 1 and then click Buy Add-ons button

@desmondutubor20 : Well...we all came here for the rates and then found the 4 kinds of rewards. A call centre costs money. Yet I understand that other companies have one. But this place just has the ticketing/private messaging method.

On your overview page, there are buttons in the middle. Click on Purchase Add-ons. Scroll down through all the fine print and find a talk heading and find the $5 Canada-wide add-on and click on the little +. Once. Then scroll down and click on the Buy button.

Since you managed to schedule a plan change earlier, click on the Change plan button on the overview page and then scroll down and remove the plan change. The $25 plan does give you unlimited Canada-wide and 1gb of data. But that $5 is a great add-on to the limited plan plan that you have.

Why can’t public mobile just have a customer representative to talk too and make things easy. This service is so poor and I won’t recommend it for anyone I know.

I don’t understand how to do this. I tried Everything here already. It’s still confusing

@desmondutubor20 : Ah. Then I suggest you use the money now to buy the 500 minute Canada-wide add-on for $5. Then remove your scheduled plan change if you can still get by with the 100 minutes. The add-on minutes are buy once and consume over time. They will stay on your account until needed.

I’m currently on the $15 plan but I made a payment of $25 yesterday and I did a change of plan to the $25 too…. It shows the plan will renew from February 22. But I want to renew it and make some calls

@desmondutubor20 : What plan are you on? Sometimes the site gets into a mood. Maybe try a different device, or browser, or incognito mode.

I’m having this problem with my account. I can’t do anything. I’m trying to make some important calls but no way and there customers service doesn’t have any number to contact them on. If I had know I would have choose another service. This is so poor from public mobile

@Deeboy   Did you successfully made the payment ?  Do you see Available Fund on My Account increased by the amount you topped up?

What are you trying to do?  buy add-on?  If so, just go ahead and go to Add-on page to purchase (yes, buying add-on is a 2 steps process, loading fund is just step 1)

or your access is now suspended and you want to reactivate it?  If so, click on the Reactive current plan button if there is one still there, then logoff My Account and reboot

or do you want to renew early because you used up your data or minute?  You cannot renew early.  You have to open ticket with PM Support to help

Let us know exactly what you are trying to do and we can try to help better

@Deeboy : If it's successfully taking your money and your balance increases then it's working. It's not until you use that balance for add-ons or renewals that it will go down.

But if you're trying to use the Amount due option under Payment Type then use the Other option instead and get your balance up to your plan cost.

Did you use a credit card or a voucher? If you used a credit card, you may want to check with your bank to see if the money was taken from the card. They will also be able to tell you why the charge was declined, if it was.
