My account has been shut down. My payment has been posted on my visa account. My account balance is zero. There seems there is no way to talk to someone. Iam a senior and need help

When you dial 611, what audible messaging is heard? That number will advise account status.
Try rebooting device and resetting network connections. You can also try to removing SIM card and placing in another device (if one is available to you)

can you login My Account?? if you can, open ticket using Chatbot icon on lower right. Type Submit ticket, them choose Contact Us and login to open ticket

I mean no disrespect to you however you may wish to consider moving over to Koodo where you can actually call a live agent instead of doing this forum thing. I have helped a lot of seniors where I live get Public Mobile but I do all the work for them as tech isn't their thing.
