I tried to contact PM service representative but there is no phone number to call and no 611 to call either.

I just switched from FD to PM.
I have galaxy A54
I have eSIM when switching over.
I am in Toronto, Etobicoke area
When I run the speed test. I am in my condo. With FD I used to get around 190 mb
Very disappointed to switch over for this headache.

did you try Reset Network Settings? can you test your sim in another phone?

Try Reset All Networks and try the test in different area
