If you've run outta talk minutes, you can just get 500 minutes of Canada wide calling add-on for $5. That way you don't have to renew your plan...the add-on minutes are used until your next renewal. Any unused add-on minutes will just roll over until you use them up...even if that takes several months or longer.
Log in to your account to Purchase Add-ons. Make sure you put $5 in Available Funds, before you make add-on selection.

Unless you are changing your plan to a different one you will have to wait for CSA to reply as you cannot renew the same plan immediately.

But PM Support usually reply quick. Just make sure you have enough fund loaded. They usually reply quick
If you want a quick way to "renew"... You can do this by changing your plan.
Just go to My Account and select Change Plan and pick a different plan from your current one and select Change plan now. PM will them automatically charge you the new plan amount and start a new cycle immediately. That is the quickest way but you do need to change the plan. You can change back to your old plan later for your next cycle. **if you go this way, make sure you reply CS Agent and ask them not to manual renew your plan again as you already made a manual plan change

@Zobair did you mean your plan will be renewed on May 2 but would like to have early renewal?
If so, load enough fund in the account and open a ticket with PM Support and ask them to manually renew your plan early
