Hi everyone.
I have recently setup accounts for my kids, and was wondering if there is a way to avoid having my credit card saved into the payment section of the account. I doubt it would happen, but just in case, maybe one of my kids will start adding multiple GB of data on their account using the add-on menu (and charging my card!)

I need them to be able to see their balance (minutes, data). I'll install the app on their phone and have a conversation about it 🙂 cheers.

To avoid that problem needs more hands on from you to pay for the plan.
You could change to a zero balance visa gift card (seeing as how customers aren't able to remove their card). Then no charges can be done. But then how do you renew? You can use vouchers or real time payments. You can do this without the kids phone in your hand.
If you like the zero balance card idea I can give you the particulars of one.

@mcdave1 No there’s no way to do that expect have support remove the credit card on file and use vouchers only to pay your bill . Or you can change password and PIN number account and not let the kiddos have it . Then they cannot make add on purchases
