How to remove credit/debit card information?

In the web layout, it does not seem to be possible to remove credit/debit card information. It is possible to update card information, but apparently not to completely remove. Or am I not seeing this option to remove credit/debit card. I don't want to update my card information.

You can buy a prepaid credit card or use one that has no funds left. So do the change option and set up your account to be paid from the prepaid credit card.  Then use the card to buy gas. 
 
It will cost you a fee of around $5.

You have to open a Ticket and ask agent to delete your payment info.

@Saji14  you are correct.  You cannot remove the credit card info yourself. Only a public mobile agent can do that. Use the chat orange bubble lower right to create a ticket and ask them to remove it for you.

Hi, I don't think that they have the "remove" option, I think all you can do is turn off the subscription option so that they won't renew your plan next month.
