This whole public mobile community is so confusing I spent hours trying to figure out how to get onto my account and didn’t realize I made a new account and made a payment but now I need to get that refunded and do it on my original account that I finally got into..

Lots of good well meaning members trying to be helpful , giving opinions and also in many cases solid advice. The bottom line is that this is a member to member advise forum and if the well meaning advise happens to be confusing or wrong one has no recourse with PM.
Your best bet at this time , is to contact PM customer service for help.

Just open ticket using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type Submit Ticket and select Contact Us and login to open ticket
