Hi @J_PM , example of one of the fundamentals issues in the Community. Members do not know the public forum is not how you contact Public Mobile Representatives.
And, us members giving information sounding like we could be representatives, so how would they know otherwise? Then, members give link to private message Public Mobile Representatives, but not teaching how to find to do this. This is years ongoing. But it seems to grow/worsen (maybe with more customers?).
IMO, none of us members should be telling anyone how to contact CS_Agent. Community Support should be known you are talking to fellow members, and telling someone methods to contact CSA for support, isn't really Support, right?
Take the guessing out of the equation.
How about a BIG warning when someone is about to post in the Get Support section of the Community like:
"You are about to post on an open public forum where fellow members try and help one another. These members are not Public Mobile Representatives; but can be very helpful. No personal information here please."
"If you need Public Mobile Representatives Customer Support (CS_Agent) this is how they can be reached privately, personal information likely required to verify account...."

@Handy1- You made me look. Two of my mobile browsers do not have a spell check. Never noticed when I'm out mobile and typing here. Fair enough. It's still funny how you frequently trip over the o for the p.

@Handy1 spell check is nice but not required. What matters most is the heart to help. 🙂 Thanks for helping OP

Can I even use spell check on my iPhone I tried that grammarly app but it won’t work in here on my phone or I to simple to figure it out

Once again, as usual, I stand alone. It's a waste of everybody's time. They'll ask support. Support will say no and quote the terms and conditions. Do you think they would make the customer sign an NDA if they did refund? Not likely. Would that customer come back and say so? Maybe, because it would be so rare.

HI @dust2dust
We never heard doesn't mean it does not exist. I do not think anyone left PM, got the refund would be nice enough to come back and report it
So, it's fair @Handy1 to encourage OP to try his luck 🤣

@Handy1- No, you said pre paid 🙂 You do have a thick thumb for that o next to the p. And of course spell check would be perfectly happy with ore.

why I said sorry PM is pre paid no refunds . BUT you can try your luck , best of luck but hey I’ve seen stranger things like people getting badges they didn’t deserve while other got nothing . But then that got correct as everything is a unique circumstance and the possibilities are endless YMMV

@Handy1- In all your time here have you ever heard of anyone getting any refunds of pro-rated service and/or balance after porting out? I have not.

HI @SD11
sorry, PM is prepaid provider and do not provide refund if you leave early
Sorry about that
09-11-2023 12:20 PM
There are no pro-rated refunds here. As with many prepaid providers.

@SD11 - sorry, but if you ported your public phone number to another provider, then you lose any available funds you may have had in your account and access to My Account.
EDIT, fyi we are NOT Public Mobile representatives, we are customers like you. So we cannot see any details to your account. You posted in a public forum, not private message.
