I have ordered a public mobile subcription on november 9th. It promised to arrive on november 19. Now it's november 16. Considering that it's weekend now and the SIM hasn't shipped yet. How do I ask for cancellation and refund ?

@hTideGnow @computergeek541   It was Purolator, a subsidiary of Canada Post, that I was wondering about but from what I just read they say they will still be handling items directly theirs but not anything that would have gone by Canada Post.  If Amazon uses neither for sim cards they should be unaffected, unlike those direct from PM.

from my experience, usually only those that are not fulfilled by Amazon could have chances to use Canada Post as they are shipped by 3rd party from other places

Anything fulfilled by Amazon, which PM sim cards are, are shipped by those couriers contracted by Amazon and ship out from Amazon warehouses

I haven't had any package fullfilled by Amazon in the last couple of years that was sent by Canada Post.  This can depend on area of the destination, but Amazon uses several carriers, including their own in-house delivery services.

I would suggest you order a new SIM from Amazon for $5 and contact a CS_Agent to see what they can do for you since Canada Post are on strike.

@n001   Given that Canada Post is on strike you might want to go the Telus/Koodo store option as suggested.  I'm not sure how Amazon deliver them, if it's by a courier other than Purolator (I don't think they have delivered here) that might be another alternative.  Or just ask for a refund at the link already given.

Check with support 8amd see if they can arrange for you to pick up one from a Telus or Koodo store.  Of course, you can ask them to cancel if you really want to

@n001  .you have to ask support to remove crest card on file right away , however 

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .but if it’s been more then 10 business  days reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send  a  private message   To CS_Agent
