Please send me the refund for the service. I want to unsubscribe this but it’s not successful. I tried to talk to it online but it’s not working for me. I do not want to use the service. Please cancel the service, unsubscribe me and refund the amount please, which is about $45.

PM will not refund as being pre-paid service.
The only way to cancel account is to stop paying for it or declare phone lost/stolen. Then (in both cases) after 90+ days of no pay account will be closed and number lost.
Another way to close account (if has to be active) is to transfer number to another provider.

Are you able to access your self service account? You should be able to unsubscribed in payment section of account.
In general, since Public mobile is prepaid, there are no refunds.
If you are unable to unsubscribe, you will need to contact customer service agent
