Refund request - Wrongly clicked on renew now

I was about to change my subscription which will be renewed tomorrow, April 20th, but I wrongly clicked on renew now by mistake, may I know if there is any way that I can get the refund redo the change.

@JoyDai  Are you saying you wanted to change to different plan but accidentally renewed the current plan?  If so you can just go back and select the new plan but make sure to choose change on renewal and not change now.  If you need to change subscription before next renewal then contact support as already suggested.

Don't waste your time over 1 day. Officially there are no refunds. There are exceptions, but for $1 or whatever it is for 1 day, is it really worth it?

@JoyDai - If it is today you changed it, and your renewal date is tomorrow, it doesn't really matter, but if it is a month in advanced, CS_Agent may help:

PM is prepaid carrier and I honestly don't think they will refund you for this reason.

but you can still try. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
