What gives? Will I ever reach Customer Support in my lifetime?!

I am sure Elon runs Tesla differently. That things even work here at Frustration Central is a miracle.

First, I read the following:

"If you have any trouble with this link, please reach out to our agents by sending a private message to @CS_Agent in our Community here."

So, I clicked on the link ("here") and it took me back to the general forum where you post questions - big deal! That is not what I want. I want to send a message to CS. However, though I was able to do that in my old profile, I no longer have that luxury as my chats are missing.

Then, I clicked on the link, "Click here to submit a ticket↗" and got this very reassuring message:

"OOPS! WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST. This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)"

I have no time or patience for this. Is there any sign of intelligent life out there?

Great post Jim. Well written, detailed and without anger. Community members can be extremely helpful, so I hope you get past these “new website” speed bumps quickly.  Soon you’ll be smooth sailing and enjoying the great value.😊

@JimRockford_PI , I actually created a post on both of those issues today, that submitting a support ticket through the virtual assistant isn’t working, as per you see 🤣. Nor is sending a private message to CS_Agent when selecting that there when the 1st option doesn’t work! It is very frustrating running around in circles getting dizzy 😬. Good job the Community is here to point others in a direction that currently works! 😊

@JimRockford_PI  - after you click this @CS_Agent , go to the SEND A MESSAGE on the right. That will be a private message to customer support.
