iPhone 13 doesn’t receive non iPhone calls

I’m new to PM. Have an iPhone 13 and installed an eSIM with my subscription. For some reason I don’t seem to receive calls, texts, or messages from non iPhone users. If someone with an iPhone calls or texts, no problem. If they don’t have an iPhone, I don’t get anything. Any ideas?

@Phraser  Did you just port in a number from another provider?  If so can you check if that previous account is still working?   If not that I wonder if the esim is set up properly.  Is it showing as Primary?  Is there another sim in the phone?
