Hi got a plan 2 days ago on eSIM.
Everything works well. Data, phone but sms are not sending / receiving.
APN : isp.mb.com
I tried changing it to SP.MB.COM but same result.
Powered off and on .
only thing I didn’t do it reset network setting as I don’t want to loose my wifi password. Would do it if I was sure it would solve my issue but I have doubts …

Problem is solved. Got this from support this morning :

Please restart your phone, I reset the SMS Center number.
If necessary, visit Settings, Reset, Reset Network, nothing else.

Yes, if only SMS an issue, it is a PM system problem with new activation. Voice, data both work but just SMS is the problem. And with the SMS problem, it will affect account verification. PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.
