I have the 50g Data  Canada and USA calls and messages package. When going to call a person in Roam after dialing the phone the call does not go through it says calling then ends. When receiving a call it goes to voicemail immediately the phone does not ring . I was on AT&T. 2nd issue when on data it goes from LTE to 5G it flashes back and forth and the Data does not work either

@Flaco1951   Firstly 5G reportedly doesn't work on AT&T, so try T-Mobile and start off on 4G/LTE.  Don't try and connect to Verizon as it won't work (not a PM roaming partner).  You do have data roaming turned on I assume?  For voice calls the phone needs to be VoLTE enabled by Public Mobile because the USA have shut down their 3G networks.  If not a VoLTE approved/enabled phone the only option for voice calls in the USA is T-Mobile's 2G network where it still exists (it too is being shut down).  Is your phone on the VoLTE list, scroll down this link

@Flaco1951  Set phone to 4G/LTE not 5G and try to connect to T mobile . See if that helps

Is your device VoLTE enabled? That would certainly help with calling on the AT&T network.

You might also want to try manually connecting to the T-Mobile network if you're having issues with data.

Of course, whichever service you connect to you need to make sure your roaming switch is toggled on when in the US.
