Customer service agent is not helping me, just telling me to try things I’ve already tried.
The online site/my app on my new device (iPhone 15 Pro) will NOT let me purchase a new eSIM. I have not had an opportunity or time to get to a store this week and my old iPhone is smashed in such a way I can no longer use it. I I really need my phone to work. I’m desperation, I added a new account and subscription to the new device yesterday (new number, new $37.50 in charges) and it isn’t working at all, despite having attempted to QR code my new eSIM etc. I need one of these phone numbers to work and it’s my son’s birthday and cannot even call him without a phone! And other apps/socials aren’t an option for the call either. What is going on and what can I do??

@lanamal Although the old phone is smashed does it have a physical sim you could switch over?

does son use WhatsApp ? If so, you can message and talk for free using WhatsApp and your local wifi.

You will need to purchase a physical SIM, I experienced the same thing with my 15 as well

@lanamal - Next time use a physical SIM instead of an eSIM.
Maybe another ticket with CS_Agent may work, maybe just the specific CS_Agent was not in the mood.
If it is an emergency - use TextNow for free - you can make calls.
