I had just purchased 2 plans accidentally, is it possible to get a refund for it?

If you accidentally purchased 2 of the same plans on the same account.
It will remain as credit to pay for your next month bill.
You can DM a CS_Agent for a refund but it may take up to 30 days to complete the refund. This will be the same time as your next renewal. You you are not tight on funds…I would suggest you leave it as credit.

What exactly happened? Did you have a problem with activating a new account? Or did you change plans immediately and was charged right away?
Is it possible that one of the charges on your online billing is a pending charge?

PM is prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund. But if the plan was not fully activated, we saw support able to help those before. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
