I went with Public because it was advertised that I could provision remotely and use an eSIM. My phone supports this, but after multiple attempts the eSIM install fails. Alex in support now tells me I need to go out and buy a physical SIM to make it work.
At this point, I ask if I can simply have my money back and cancel the activation process. Alex shuts me down:

I really don't get it. Public advertises something, can't deliver, then refuses to refund me? Is there any way to escalate this?
