Still waiting for SIM

I've been waiting since Aug 17 for a SIM. How can I get it ASAP or get a refund on my purchase?

@Ashleyyy83 if you have a TELUS/Koodo or Mobile Klinik store near you, you can ask the support agent if you can be refunded the original amount if you pick up a SIM card from a store, or if you have Amazon Prime you can get a SIM card on Amazon.ca for $5 and free shipping which should arrive within a few days.

'Contact support" that's what I'm doing now. First the app said contact after 7 days, then 10 days, and now 3 weeks. How can I get a refund if I don't receive it by Friday? This is absolutely terrible customer service.

@Ashleyyy83  It should be delivered within 10 business days , but some have claimed to have to wait 3 weeks to arrive . My guess is you should see it this week . But if it’s been more then 10 business day contact support
