I recently (a week ago) signed up my wife, and my father. Gave them my referral code. Is there a way to check if they entered the correct referral code ? My referral code ends in either a O or 0. They weren't sure what they typed in. Can this be checked by their phone numbers ?

the referral code didn't work for me and my family member who I referred... have to contact CS to get it put in manually

If they entered correctly you should have gotten a text from PM “Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer a Friend Reward-way to go! Keep referring to earn more. View your Reward”

Referred person should see $10 credit on their account within few days of signing up.
Best way to send and apply referral code is to do plain copy/paste to avoid issues with 1=l or 0=O and similar.
If they do not see credit, they should contact agent so agent can apply your code to their account manually.

@johntofflemire Be best to get your wife to contact support to ensure it was applied correctly and she should see the one time $10 credit in her account with in 72 hours of activation

HI @johntofflemire your wife and father should see a credit of $10 on their My Accounts. It would show up as Available funds. So, have them to check
if not there, ask them to create a Community account and submit ticket with PM agent : https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
