Good morning
My partner signed up for Public Mobile in July and he has not received his $10 Credit and I have not received the Refer A Friend Credit. He used my code as we were together when it was put in.
Let me know what I am supposed to do please

You should have gotten a text saying “Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer A Friend Reward - way to go! Keep referring to earn more. View your Rewards”.
If you didn’t get this text then something went wrong in entering the RAF code and as noted earlier. You need to contact a CS_Agent through private messaging above or create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot below.
