When I reached 95% of data usage I redeemed 20 points to get 3GB of extra data. My account now shows the additional data but once I reached 100% usage of my regular plan amount, I was cutoff. What gives? Will I lose those 3 unused gigabytes at plan renewal. How is this not “bush league”?

Does your phone have a data limit set in Settings?

It will use up the remaining 5% left from your plan then it will start to eat away from your 3gb Add-on. Depending when n your renewal date. It will continue to use up the Add-on until it is used up or expire after 30 days. On your renewal date, it will top up your plan data.

hi @Sonnar50 make sure your phone does not have a data limit setup

Reboot phone and try again

if same, ask PM support to check and help
