Recovering my phone number

Hey , I’m sorry that I didn’t pay my phone bills for a certain period but yesterday I was trying to recharge it but my phone number are on sos mode .., I need my number because everything I got in Canada is on it please help me to get it back ; my phone number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and my PIN number for payment is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

@King243  Hey I take my decision to move out of your company and I want you guys to gives me my money back because I still have a receipt and the pin that requires to recharge public mobile SIM card .., please 

I gave you the way to contact customer support last week.  They are the only ones who can help you at this point, as @Handy1 said, we are only customers in this forum not Public Mobile employees.  We can give advice but can't do anything with your account or give you a refund for anything.

@King243  We are all customers here like you trying to help one another , and unfortunately public mobile is pre paid provider and typically no refunds . As for the voucher you got you would have to try and ask the vendor you got it from if they will refund. You for it . But as for public mobile if you want to discuss with support team then you need to message them yourself

@King243   You were trying to load a voucher (pin?).  Did you restart your phone?  If still not working you can contact customer service using the chat icon bottom right of this page.  If that doesn't work, send support a private message using this link

Yes because I misplaced my phone.., with no charge on it for long .., I find it yesterday and I pay for my bills already I had a pin to put in

First question, can you log into the self-serve site associated with the recent Public Mobile account?

If you CAN, the account hasn't been permanently terminated.

If you CAN'T, both the account and likely the number has been reassigned to the pool of numbers and very likely irretrievable.

if your account was suspended in excess of 90 days...your number is gone. Try dialing that number to see if it's been re-assigned yet.

@King243  If the account was suspended more then 90 days the  account is closed . And you have to create new account with new sim and email and number will be gone back to the carrier it originated from
