I forgot my password. I tried to recover my password, but when I used my email address as my username, it gave me the following message:
"Your login failed. Please try again"
What should do now?

Did you confirm you had the right email? Many seem to forget which email they used for PM

I would suggest you clear your cache, cookies and go into incognito then use your email as user name click on forgot password and answer your security question.
