I forgot my password. I tried to recover my password, but when I used my email address as my username, it gave me the following message:"Your login failed. Please try again"What should do now?
I was a Public Mobile customer. I didn't use the SIM card for a year. Now, I have bought a new Public Mobile SIM card, and I activated the SIM card with a different number. But, I cannot bring my old number. It says the number is not valid in Canada....
