Recover the password for My Account

I forgot my password. I tried to recover my password, but when I used my email address as my username, it gave me the following message:

"Your login failed. Please try again"

What should do now?

Did you confirm you had the right email? Many seem to forget which email they used for PM

I would suggest you clear your cache, cookies and go into incognito then use your email as user name click on forgot password and answer your security question.

Confirm you have the correct email by looking through your email accounts for the welcome message from Public Mobile when you first signed up. You can then try the Forgot your password link in the log in page.
