Receiving sim cart

I placed an order for the sim cart and it was written that it will be shipped within 2 days. But until now there is nothing! And it is since more than a week!

My SIM card took 5 business days to arrive to Montreal. I was worried it would take 3 weeks like others reported but it did not.

The SIM cards will be shipped within 2 business days and usually arrive within 10 business days.  If more than 10 business days, then contact customer service agent.  Usually via Canada Post, with no tracking infomration.

It should be fine. I've ordered 2, and both took around a week to ship and get to me. If a week has passed, then could ask, but you shouldn't have anything to worry about rn 🙂

Mine took a week from Calgary to Vancouver shipping handle by Canada Post.

sim card order can be 3 days or 3 weeks delivery, but I usually got mine within 1 week.  Check with support agent on the status.  

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send  a  private message   To CS_Agents
