I have not received my SIM CARD how do I get a new one or get one from a location?

The answer to that is the same as SourDue1234 gve about how to ask about your sim card shipment. To change to eSIM, you need to ask a customer support agent.

Hi there, since you ordered during the Canada post strike which had ended only recently, that may be why it is delayed.

Contact a customer support agent and ask them about the status. I suggest picking it up at your nearest location.

You can use the chatbot and type "agent" to submit a ticket.

it can take 3 or 4 weeks for it to arrive. If there's a Mobile Klinik in your area, they have the PM sims for about $10. Amazon has them for under $5 with FAST delivery...free delivery if you or someone you know has Amazon Prime account.

@KIM05  how long ago did you order it? They take roughly 7-10 business days to arrive. 

Provided that you can find a Telus/ Koodo store that sells SIM cards you can purchase one from them, yes. 

Then, sign into your account to change the number under SIM in the profile tab. If you don't know how to do it, ask PM to change it it for you.
