Ive paid lost a month of service trying to reactivate my account Theres a balance I had lost my cell and sim and have been trying to update my sim number to a new one but cant with an account that says suspended then reactivated but does not reactivate Please help

@Yobishmyho Did you put the account into Lost/Stolen mode when you lost the phone? You'd need to login and Resume Service now and then update the SIM from the Quick Link option top right of page.

Hi @Yobishmyho you loaded the fund via My Account?
Log in to My Account again using another browser, or Private/Incognito mode. Then check if account still Suspended and the amount you loaded showing as Available Fund. If so, try to click Reactivate my plan again
is still unsuccessful, open ticket with CS Agent
