Hi there,
My bill is due today with the service already suspended when it should of technically remains on until 11.59 pm tonight. Is there any way to resume the service until I top up my account at the store? Thank you a lot

If you can't physically make it to a retail store until later you can purchase Public Mobile vouchers or instant top ups (Public Mobile-RTR) from various online retailers. Muskbird.com is the most reasonable and fastest especially if you choose to pay via e-transfer from your bank.
More info can be found in this post:

@Bamako When PM says cycle ends today, it means the cycle end today at 00:00, Autopay will kicks in shortly to renew
If you account is now suspended due to non payment and need to renew manually, use the following link to go to the Add Fund to account page, load enough fund for the system to renew your service:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
After you make the payment, logoff from My Account and reboot the phone and test

Please note that PM is on a 30 day cycle and not a monthly cycle so your renewal date is shorten by a day about every 2 months.
Best to purchase vouchers from these locations and dial 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone to resume service.
7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

hi @Bamako PM cycle date is confusing. If it says due today, if actually mean you need to renew today. Usually Autopay will take care of it but sound likes Autopay failed.
using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account and you should see account suspended already. But you should see the button Pay and Resume Services, click and make a payment to renew manually
