hi @AnkurPatra
it will use the data channel /protocol, but it won't count as data consumption, ie, you won't loss your data because you are using VoLTE

@AnkurPatra Yes iPhone 13 Pro is fine, any iPhone from 8 and newer will work in the USA.

@AnkurPatra I am travelling to USA today. will my voice and data work in USA?
Data should work. Voice depends on whether your phone is enabled for VoLTE by Public Mobile. What phone do you have?

Hello @AnkurPatra
First and foremost, make sure your plan is fully working in Canada. Make sure you can make and take calls, texts and data works. This way if there are problems, you can resolve it here before you go.
Also, you have to make sure data roaming is turned on in your phone settings. And finally, when you're down there, you may need to go into your network settings and turn off automatic and pick T-Mobile as the connection and then reboot. I also hope you have a proper phone to use down there as well that is on the whitelist.

@AnkurPatra Yes, your plan includes talk text and data in can/us and mex. Be sure to have your data roaming turned on (dont worry about any fees, they are included in your plan) . Hope this helps
