Hi there, I am having issues when paying for an esim. I am trying to pay using the public mobile app and when I get through to the payment method when I input my CIBC visa debit card details the response I get is that the credit card validation has failed. My account email is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx , I am trying to purchase the $35 60GB Canada, USA and Mexico eSim card.

were you using the PM app to subscribe? if not, please download and use it
if you have been using it, maybe uninstall it, reboot phone and reinstall and use another email to create another account and try again
