Please help! I purchased the wrong plan thinking my phone was e-sim compatible. It is not. I can't seem to proceed with the activation on my phone because it gets stuck at "this phone is not e-sim compatible" and I can't do anything else from there. What to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You will need to purchase a SIM if your phone is not eSIM compatible.
Best to order one from Amazon for $5 or pick one up at a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store for $10. If you order from PM it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
Contact a CS_Agent by the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent for them to help with correcting the eSIM activation.
