Hi, I recently purchased a subscription and chose to use an eSIM, however, for some reason my phone now appears like this (photo below), as if there is no network connected. Weirdly enough I can still receive calls and texts, as well as use my data, but it does not show up on my phone. Is there something wrong or a way to fix this?

@Jenshen One last thing you can check and try is that your IOS is updated to 18.0.1

Unfortunately I can't actually click into the eSIM that's supposedly linked to the number, it just says "no eSIM", I'll contact them about maybe getting a new one, thank you!

Sometimes, it just takes a bit longer. Wait for 20 minutes, power off, and wait 2 minutes then turn on.
If still no luck, then I would message PM as indicated.

the esim is there, that's why it shows up and you can enable Turn on this line
try to toggle off " Turn on this line" ,and reboot phone and turn it back on
if that does not help, try to Reset Network Settings on your phone
if that still does not work, then buy another esim from the app, go to Account page to buy (PM will reimburse you the extra $5 you spent)
if you cannot buy a new esim, then you need PM to help. You probably cannot use Chatbot to open ticket, so message them:

I did! But the issue was not resolved, and only the data line seems to show up, not the mobile number for the eSIM.

iPhone 13 Pro! It only seems to show a data line for the eSIM but nothing connected to the phone number.

Unfortunately it didn't work! I think it's an issue with the eSIM itself as I can only see a data line, but no mobile eSIM shows up

@Jenshen , what phone is this. If you look at the SIM status settings, is there an active SIM showing?

Did you restart?
You can troubleshoot shoot by checking the settings to see if the esim show up and enable it to primary.

@Jenshen Try and reset your network settings see if that helps
