When public trys and send me a 6 digit code to get access to my account it never send it to my phone. Tried to get sent to voice mail but no good and there's no option for email

If you click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code. It should have the option to send the 2FA code by call, text or email. The option is either on the PM app or website.

If this option is not available. Click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent. Or pm them but this maybe slower:
