Public payment vouchers…. I just got a payment voucher from7-Eleven I tried entering it at the store using *611 it said the pin wasn’t valid and half the time *611 doesn’t work anyways but went home and tried on the Internet at the public mobile my self service page and it still didn’t work waited an hour still didn’t work tried all night still didn’t work the next day still didn’t work so I go back to the store they say contact Public mobile and every time I try entering it it says it’s not valid who do I talk to to get this fixed

Thanks yeah I did try that direct link it didn’t seem to work for me there was only a space for searching there was no actual place to print a message but I did download the Public Mobile app …I didn’t know that was available….and did get my ticket submitted to speak to an agent so hopefully I can get this resolved

Yay finally a tiny bit of frustration lifted I did download the Public Mobile app which I didn’t know it was available and I got my ticket submitted to chat with Han actual agent so I’ll keep you posted ….hopefully this gets resolved

Thanks I tried to speak with an agent but every time I try to submit my ticket the link kicks me out saying they’ve encountered an error and I don’t know how to send a private message to an agent

Thanks I did try it after clearing my cache but still get the message unable to process at this time and I also tried to speak with an agent but every time I hit the link to submit a ticket for an agent it says they’ve encountered an error and to go back to the overview….. it’s so frustrating

Hi @Gutterbhoy
Please note that sometimes vouchers can take up to 24 hours to be active. I do know when you purchase them at Shoppers Drug Mart, they are active within the hour. The last time I purchased one from 7-11 it took several hours. Something like 10 hours or so. I know it's hard but please wait up to at least 12 hours before you reach out to a CS Agent to look into this.

@Gutterbhoy have you tried using the Public Mobile App? You can download it to your phone and try that way.
If you try again via website make sure you clear cache or go incognito mode first.
If all else fails, you can ask agents for help. I don't know what they will say.
